For the launch of the James Four Bodies Wellness program we created a PR plan and digital content to announce and celebrate the program, spread awareness, and continue buzz and intrigue for the program and hotel offerings.
We created a suite of digital assets featuring each of the four program partners including an introduction video on the offerings and parters, interviews, portraits, and in-room workout videos. This content is utilized in-room, on brand and partner websites and social channels, and was used for press outreach.
To amplify the program announcement we concepted and executed a launch event: an overnight wellness stay where key related media, talent and influencers experienced the program offerings first hand and balanced their four bodies. Event included hotel stay, a sneak peak Scarpetta dinner at the on-property bar the Seville, a Kundalini Yoga class with Guru Jagat, an Inscape meditation class, an Aerospace workout with founder Michael Olajide, Jr., and birth chart readings through Ruby Warrington.
